Product Description
The upper blowing type steam boiler avoids the defections of damage from scaling and part overheating of traditional side blowing burners, which will cause it impossible for the flame to completely spread, and cause the flame directly burn the water band on the opposite side formed with boiler forge and boiler hull. By installing the burner on the top of boilers, the flame will extend completely downwards with the merits of long flame and complete combustion.
The water bands are added around the burner of the upper blowing boilers, which will not only cool the fire tube of burners, but also preheat the makeup water of boiler. As the water-cooled band of burners can be dismantled, it is extremely convenient to maintain the boilers.
With vertical type tubular structure, three strokes for smoking, top arrangement for bunrers, boiler forge, and buffer plate, the effieiency of heat exchanging is enhanced.
